Lack of content under 'Deleting a note from a contact'

Feels like it doesn't make much sense to just put a title there without content below it. You can consider having a title Coming Soon then putting both of these titles under that section to make it neater.

Reason for disagreement: To avoid duplication you can consider having a title Coming Soon then putting both of these titles under that section to make it neater.

Or simply only have one sub-section saying Deleting a policy and note from a contact: (coming soon)

Users who are only interested in Deleting a note from a contact might only read the portion directly below this section and not read on, just to be greeted with empty space. Hence users can be confused.

• This is expected behaviour as users can freely click on where they are interested in and jump to that section from the table of contents, then go back to the table of contents and continue browsing to avoid scrolling through the entire document. Hence I believe it is not user-friendly to have a section heading with no information underneath it.
