Terminal highlighting #33

Pygments support terminal formatting:

http://pygments.org/docs/formatters/#Terminal256Formatter

This would allow piping colored output to sprunge and getting syntax highlighted output back.

pretty cool, i added it to ix.io - will probably add to sprunge at some point.
