Improve help message #190

Currently the help message is (IMHO) useless

$ z -h
z [-chlrtx] args

Unless you've already read the README, you cannot understand what the options are for.

Granted, this patch duplicates the options documented in the README and the man page.

A solution might be to use help2man or something similar.

Tell me what you think!
