lindef is ignored either in the compilation or in the interpreter #10

The lindef rules are considered for linearization but they are ignored by the 
PMCFG generator. As consequence the parser might behave in a strange way.

Actually it doesn't seem to work for linearizations as well

fixed both in parsing and linearization. The lindef rules are compiled into 
PMCFG rules 
now.
