Command line help promises output format 'prolog_abs' which is not implemented #73

$ gf --help | grep prolog
     Multiple concrete: pgf (default), gar, js, prolog, ...
     Abstract only: haskell, prolog_abs, ...

$ gf --make --output-format=prolog_abs mygrammar.pgf 
Unknown output format: "prolog_abs"
You may want to try --help.

The usage text has been updated to reflect the currently supported output 
formats.
