libpgf name gets in collision with commonly used http://www.libpgf.org/ #84

When packaging gf-3.6 in gentoo I've decided to lookup where libpgf and libgu 
come
from.

I foolishly thought libpgf.pc is a http://www.libpgf.org/, but it's obviously
from http://www.grammaticalframework.org/libpgf/

Would it be feasible to rename 'libpgf' tarball and pkg-config file to something
a bit more distinctive?

I suggest one of 'pgf-c', 'gf-c', 'libgf-c', 'libgf'.
