Auto-join a room when included in the URL #99

URLs should dump people directly into the room when the anchor is in the URL.

Example: https://bustashape-pr-99.herokuapp.com/#autojoin

nice, seems to work well. Now I just need to figure out the twitter problem and we have nice, sharable, interactive URLs!
