Migrate S3 to a subdomain #92

Current image server has a bucket ID which prevents me from serving as a subdomain of my website. All I need to do is recreate the bucket with the right name and move assets over. Most of this work is done on S3/CloudFlare, but I'm opening an issue when I finally make the minor config changes to point at the new bucket.

Yay, CORS/CSP problems all over again.

Fun, it turned out to be a Chrome caching issue.

I suppose I'll keep the old bucket around for a while until I forget it exists then delete it in two years.
