Maybe help w/ https://github.com/ziglang/zig/issues/16149#issuecomment-1605654476 try use: https://github.com/kassane/openssl-zig (libraries and includes only) - need zig 0.11.0-dev

Nice! I don't know if zig-pkg allows you to use two libraries in the same package. However, if needed we can try to merge libssl and libcrypto to make libopenssl.

I accept PR in the ssl project!
