added the RomuDuo and RomuDuoJr generators #12

I thought it might be a good idea to add the other Romu PRNGs, especially RomuDuoJr, as it has been reported to be one of the fastest PRNGs avaibale.

I don't know which other files need to be generated for a proper commit, so I just changed the source code.
