implement gun controller for the simulation #13

implement the gun controller for the gazebo simulation. this requires #8 and #9 (can partially be done in parallel with the latter).

this is the simulation equivalent of #11.

I think we will not do this anymore? Could we close this issue?

depends: we might want to have at least something which writes a log message that the gun would've been fired so that we know that the service was triggered?
