add teleop to gazebo launch #35

add the teleop package to the gazebo launch so that we can control the (simulated) robot via the keyboard.

@lionelott has now published his better_teleop publicly as a git repository. i'm checking with him if he'll also add it to the rosdistro index so that it should be possible to just pull it in via rosdep install (rather than having to use a git submodule)
