Feature: disable scrobbling of certain directories #13

the official last.fm scrobbler for Mac allowed the user to specify which directories should or shouldn't be scrobbled. This was useful to (for example) not scrobble Podcasts or Voice Memos or Videos. A similar type of feature could be useful in NepTunes.

I'm going to add Video, Voice Memos later because iTunes 12.4 brings support to distinguish them. Earlier It was a mess.
