"Love track" only updates Last.fm, not Music.app #68

Steps to reproduce the bug

Ensure "Intergration with Spotify and iTunes/Music" and "Love track on iTunes/Music and Last.fm" are checked in Neptune preferences.
Play a song.
Either use keyboard shortcut, or "Love " from the Neptunes menu.

Resulting and expected behaviour

Track is only marked "loved" on Last.fm not in Music.app. I am expecting it to be marked "loved" in both places.

Steps taken to fix

Ensured that Neptunes has permissions to control Music.app in "Privacy" system preferences.
Reinstalled Neptunes.

Neptunes: 1.70
macOS: 10.15.5
