Attaching defiler.ru modules to reps2.ru

Please move the blue part of reps2.ru website down. Insert the green and the red modules of defiler.ru. The green module should be a simple text/html, editable via admin panel (in order to make announcements, either pure text or URLs). Red is more complicated, consisting of:

• chat (azure color on screenshot),
• stream/tv (purple color on screenshot),
• stream list (orange color on screenshot).

Stream section should be an embedded (iframe) external streams, based on external URLs (Example 1, External 2). Orange section should be such a stream list. Every user should be able to offer a new stream, but admin should approve via admin panel. Of course, an admin can add new stream himself.

Any visitor should be able to wrap (minimize) the entire "red" part of defiler.ru.

Added My stream page, so every user can offer their stream here. and admin can approve on admin panel.

I added stream settings menu on admin. If you check all, the stream section will be shown on main page, but no selection, it's not shown.

Added some streams, but the whole section is not shown on the main page anyway.

Also, please hide inactive streams (those who are offline) from the stream list (orange).

I updated the stream list so it will not show if streams are offline. it will be refreshed real time every 10 seconds. Please check it
