To make it possible to add new pictures for the chat via admin panel,
To make it possible to categorize such pictures (they should be categorized for the users in the same manner)

I can see that images may be added via admin panel. Yet I don't understand how the user can insert them in the chat?

yes, this is only for admin panel I am doing that user insert chatroom

could you check this issue ? maybe we need to have the same category of the images when admin register new pictures ?
