Where is the PAYPAL_UTIL_PKG? #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloaded the zip
2. Opened the folder
3. Looked for the PayPal package

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The PayPal package file

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MacOSX

Please provide any additional information below.
Great bunch of scripts and thanks for collecting, just going through them and I 
don't seem to have the one for PayPal? Is this correct?

Package is on the roadmap, but not yet implemented.
