csv_util_pkg variable declaration error when create #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create the package csv_util_pkg spec 
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

when i create, getting error like as follows.

variable to be declared t_str_array, t_csv_tab

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The package depends on types defined in the script /setup/types.sql, so you 
need to run that script first. If you use the /setup/install.sql script, this 
is automatically done for you.
