two rules don't exist in `JavaScript` #10

I'm seeing those rules in https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/blob/main/extensions/javascript/syntaxes/JavaScript.tmLanguage.json, but yeah the rules aren't getting used. I'll remove them for now
