Penalty time for using reveal cell / cage operator / show solution

In case the user cheats by using options "reveal cell", "reveal cage operator" 
or "show solution" a penalty time should be added to the time elapsed.

Using check progress should also result in penalty time.

Proposal for penalties:
 * check progress: 20 seconds
 * reveal cell: 60 seconds
 * reveal cage operator: 300 seconds
 * show solution: 1 day

Check progress should also result in addition penalty (+15 seconds) for each 
invalid value found.

New proposal:
 * check progress: 20 seconds + 15 seconds per invalid value found
 * reveal cell: 60 seconds
 * reveal cage operator: 300 seconds
 * show solution: 1 day
