Difficulty level #163

Users should have more control about the difficulty level of a puzzle. Also all 
decisions about puzzle generation should be on one single screen. All of 
following has an impact on the puzzle complexity:
 * Grid size
 * Hide operators: true/false
 * Maximum cage size
 * Maximum value of cage outcome
 * Maximum number of permutations allowed within a cage
 * The total number of cages (a lot of small cages is less difficult than a smaller number of bigger cages)

The user will be able to choose following settings:
 * Grid size
 * Operators visible yes/no
 * Complexity

The complexity setting determines the maximum cage size, maximum  cage outcome 
and the maximum permutations.

tester.
