Use clock layout for radial number grid #223

The radial layout would be a lot more useful if it used a number layout people
were already familiar with, like the numbers on a clock. You could 'd put 1 at
the 12 o'clock position (since you won't see any digit higher than 9, and that
FEELS like a natural starting point), 2 halfway between 1 and 3 (i.e. NE on a
compass rose), but everything else would go in it's usual spot (4 = ESE, 5=SSE,
etc.)

You could also use the layout of a rotary dial phone, which is already spaced
for 9 digits, but I doubt many users would be familiar with that layout.

I had a heck of time with the radial menu because I kept trying to use the
clock positions.

Each starting point has advantages and disadvantages. We choose the current
position as this looks nicest for the minimum puzzle size (4). Also the
position of the 1 now reflect the top left position as on a number pad.
