Request: enter puzzles manually #31

It would be nice to be able to enter puzzles manually. This way you can enter 
puzzles from newspapers or magazines to solve on your device. Would be even 
cooler if the app could recognise a puzzle from a photo taken with your 
device...

Another nice feature would be to allow the user to draw his own cages ans let 
the program generate the number and arithmetic for that grid. As cages are the 
most visible part of an (empty) grid this could result in attractive grids.
