Add a full 10 key display and the 5 basic calculator functions to the game board display. #36

This is not a defect or problem but an enhancement request.

I frequenty use a calculator widgit (+, -, *, / & =) for help while working a 
puzzle.

If you always displayed the full keypad, w/ the current puzzle grid keys 
highlighted, added an entry field, a calc or puzzle toggle, and the five basic 
calculator buttons to the display it would eliminate the need to exit the game 
to access a calc widgit as I do now. I think this would enhance game play 
greatly.

In the next major release, the UI will be revised entirely. Maybe we can fit 
this in.

This will not be integrated into MathDoku as it does not fit into our vision of 
MathDoku. We want to encourage user in becoming better players by discouraging 
the usage of cheats. Tools like a calculator, or even worse a tool which shows 
all possible combinations for a cage, do not fit into that vision.
