Long press when no board is showing results in Force Close #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Uninstall / Install or Clear data with Menu->Settings->Applications->Manage 
Applications->MathDoku->Clear data (only available in Froyo or later I think)
2. Run Game
3. Press Close on "Mathdoku Help" dialog
4. Blank screen with text "Press Menu to start" appears
5. Long Press

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect nothing to happen, instead a Force close dialog appears

Revision 37: Check that board is active before displaying context menu.

This also stops the context menu being shown when the puzzle is solved.
