Is the issue specific to a particular dictionary?  If so, which one? (For
example: DE-EN or German-English).
Yes EN-SWAHILI 
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.everyone. There is not enough vocabulary in Swahili.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

An extended dictionary in Swahili.
version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Agreed, feel free to add Swahili words to the translations on en.wiktionary.org
