can't download dictionariwes. #126

Is the issue specific to a particular dictionary?  If so, which one? (For
example: DE-EN or German-English).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.activating a selected dictionary
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see a loaded dictionary.  An error instead is seen
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Samsung galaxy note 8 gt-n5110 WXGA. 

Please provide any additional information below.

Hola,  this program works beautifully in my Motorola Droid 4 smartphone w. 
keyboard.  Does this app.require an SD memory disk?

Can you please be more specific?
Does the application crash, or does the download not terminate?

I completely reworked the way downloads work in the latest version, to be 
released hopefully tomorrow.

Finally I was successful in downloading it -- but took ''forever''.   Maybe
it was the cell tower factor or something.   Thk for checking back.  It is
a wonderful dictionary.
