Motorola Razr HD issue #130

Is the issue specific to a particular dictionary?  If so, which one? (For
example: DE-EN or German-English).

-No.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Get a Motorola Razr HD
2.Install QuickDic
3.Try to install any dictionary.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

-I expect an installed dictionary to be available but none is.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

-QuickDic 4.0.1
-Andriod 4.1.1

Please provide any additional information below.

-I tried phone storage as well as SD card and path name with leading "/storage" 
and without,still no dictionary works.

I completely reworked the way downloads work in the latest version, to be 
released hopefully tomorrow.
