Can't only get this dictionary screen on tablet #137

I he the issue specific to a particular dictionary?  If so, which one? (For
example: DE-EN or German established glish).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1 . after loading dictionary, just start up the app

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The screen to enter the word to look up
The dictionary load screen 
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version from play store

Did you download a dictionary?  Was the download successful?  What happens if 
you click a dictionary?
