Allow C7 to be used a generic digital input #29

I need this to be able to be used as a generic switch for A/C and other functions, since in the test car we have a GND that engages with the compressor, so we can compensate idle.

@ElDominio fixed by https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/commit/cc946fe429a03ec890e12a7ebffb1d9df6bb78d2 please update firmware and project definition in 20 minutes from now

I can't seem to assign CAM itself to "none" to use C7 as another input without critical error :(
