user story: alphax hardware as CAN gateway

since we are out of pins and out of space looking for simplest HW change with user soldering jumper wires to connector jumpers of his choice

@ElDominio FYI: the idea here is to make zero functional change to the board as arrived by default, but to facilitate hardware mod "from ECU into CAN bridge board"
