NB2 complete update to 94 pin connector, MSM support and 144 pin chip.

We should convert the nb2 board to be the same as NB1. Same footprint and features. Most of the below issues will be resolved with that change.

We are maintaining 176 pin chip to avoid a firmware split for NB2. I have stock at JLCPCB for production.
