smd pad size increase #30

Pad size for the smd buttons(boot and reset) should be increased. Recently found a poor solder joint preventing the boot button from fuctioning. the button almost overhangs the pad.

can we make this change @andreika-git . Prefer to not make a new rev for the small change if possible.
