I have confirmed the same issue here on the bench. SD card not recognized by Hellen NB2. Tested Proteus with same SD card and no issue.

Issue is exhibiting on Hellen NB2 and NA6. I have tried multiple versions of firmware from the past 6 months. No success. Screenshot below is from 20220319@37157 NA6. tested with known good SD on bench. Grabbing NB1 to test now.

Yes, i use the same kingston SD card. i also have a sandisk 64mb that i tested with same results Validated in Proteus and transfer between H72, H64 and NB1

and we equally feed H72 with only USB?

It was discovered that a change was made from revD to revE on the SD card. It now uses SPI2 rather than 3. We will need the ability to select which SPI is needed.

@BeerMoneyMotorsports let's clarify if we have one or two separate issues: H72d not working and H72E not working?

I was under the impression that you had issues even on H72d which was same HW as mine, using same FW as mine.

Q1: does your H72d SD card work?

it look like for H72 we can distinguish between three sorts of boards:
