need to upgrade op-amps from current LMV324 to MCP6004T-I/ST

without MCP6004T-I/ST redundant TPS would be failing to validate thus ETB would not be working

How many are there on the board?

Board has between 4 and 6

Absolutely required to swap one or two but all would be best
