Flyback diodes for some of high-current low side drivers #24

We shall add flyback diodes for when injectors 7 and 8 are used as auxiliary actuators see #22

Technically once day once we see first real user with 8 cylinders would would have to add additional aux low side drivers on merc board

We have a very very weird naming convention maybe based on v8 and that's a BAD convention for us considering how 99% of the consumers are 4 cylinders.

We have to remove D4 D45 since it looks like those are always injectors

We shall add fly-backs to some of OUT_INJ1 OUT_INJ2 OUT_INJ3 since those are the ones NOT used by most users
