DNP components ibom PCB view does not remove - that's an inconsistency #86

Note how PCB view shows those DNP components while the other view does the right thing and not show those.

Actually the more I think I can have arguments for displaying DNP components. @andreika-git let's start with deciding what do we want about DNP :)
