Correct mixed-up Vref/Vbatt/AV4/AV5 inputs
Put USB Vbus on a regular diode clamp pin, not +V. Perhaps +V should be the 5V rail.
Select a different micro USB connector, with easier access to pads for soldering and inspection.
Rotate USB connector to follow wide-side-down orientation expectations.
Move components away from USB connector soldering path
Move SWD connector 1mm away from USB.
Move Reset button adjacent to Program button
Consider a different push button, with extending SMD leads for easier inspection.
Add Tag-connect programming pads
Add diode and pull-up to LIN circuit.
More DFB pins and/or power outputs connected to inputs
Clear solder mask from bottom layer under TLE thermal pad, remove thermal breaks.
Plated-through mounting holes.
Tweak layout to optimize for possible ground current from TLE8888 to mounting holes.
Increase drill size for SIP outputs, check footprint for headers
Standby power diode mixing
