ECU powered by USB engages main relay

i plug in USB while ignition key is OFF

this turns ECU on and I hear some relay engaging, that's UNEXPECTED

could be HW or SW issue

I see no reason for this on the adapter board. Are you sure that this main relay is activated?

gpio_pins says Main Relay 1
