32F103 F103 availability at JLC #127

I have https://github.com/rusefi/libfirmware/blob/master/stm32-util/mcu-util.h

I have a board assembled by JLC with C8304

that JLC board with C8304 returns 0x2003

so far the other F103 in my collection returns 0x1000. So far I have not seen 0x1001.

kind of related to https://github.com/rusefi/ChibiOS/commit/0ce1cbd649f4bb2d9db941e729d3308b247b8696

need to find a GD32 so fab do not see any maybe will mod one more blue pill into GD32 right now
