2chan default MAP setting is internal MAP i.e. baro pressure #239

we shall adjust expected MAP to be happy with internal MPX6400 used as MAP

 * BAD channel 4 (MAP): voltage 1.117647048 (raw 57) not in range (0.555000000..0.645000064)
