Maybe change Meetup text and Code of Conduct #11

Maybe it is time to update our Meetup text and code of conduct. We had a little discussion about it on our last meetup and Peter suggested to look for example at https://www.meetup.com/de-DE/Berlin-R-Users-Group/?chapter_analytics_code=UA-1788682-7

I don't think that we have necessarily to change our description, but if anyone comes up with a nice intro we can change or modify our existing one.

For the Code of conduct, I think we should add one. Sth similar to already existing R usergroups, R-ladies etc.

good idea, but I won't get around to do this in the next time
