"Exploit-Explore" Slider enabled after disabling pause on rtNEAT

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start NERO training 
2. Deploy a rtNEAT team
3. Click "Pause"
4. Click "Continue"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"Exploit-Explore" slider should be disabled. It isn't.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OpenNERO-2011.12.07-win32

Please provide any additional information below.
All the sliders are unconditionally enabled after clicking "Continue". I have 
attached a patch I'm using locally, but there are other, maybe more elegant 
ways of fixing it.
