It happens when you drag an item to outside a grid and also rotate it, when the item is rollbacked to the grid, it returns in the wrong rotation.
When drag an item to outside of a grid and rotate, the rollbacked item should stay in the same position.
The rollbacked item returns in the wrong rotation if the item fits in the new rotation.
