Create dict for all index separate

Create dict for futures of all index

Subscribe future of all index for ltp

When we need atm strike we can pull those tickers and subscribe for ltp

While creating index wise dict add index name key in dict

Ticker : {ltp:23, Index:nifty, Token : 234}
