ML Strategy - Counting cards? #8

Please check how ML libraries wrt blackjack are implemented.

I am not an expert at card counting, but even as a beginner player I do a little bit of card counting, based on what cards have already been drawn before me. We can increase the number of decks and also count cards.

Please check.
