issue: patcher causes lag spikes #13

Since the last days, users (me included) noticed some nasty lag spikes when having the patch injected. Maybe its bc of the pp counter, but i cant tell yet. I will make some tests and will comment under this Issue when i have some results

I tryed build without pp counter and use old version(https://github.com/rushiiMachine/osu-patcher/commit/91b331a8c28fc8d346d2f5e5ddd44f019f5ddafe this commit) but osu lags anyway. I think it's bad osu update? Lags appeared after the version - https://osu.ppy.sh/home/changelog/stable40/20240411.1
