how to turn off relax failing ;-;

delete the file https://github.com/rushiiMachine/osu-patcher/blob/bf743149eb9b99186773a056ee9ab152b829df54/Osu.Patcher.Hook/Patches/Relax/AllowRelaxFailing.cs and recompile

i havent gotten around to adding toggles to the rest of the patches yet
