Add Duckietown Slack build notifications #25

Add webhook integration with Slack for build notifications from Docker Hub. Perhaps we can post this message directly from the Dockerfile?

Done. Docker Cloud supports Slack integration directly, so there's no need to write a custom script. We post build notifications to #aido-containerization.
