Collect tidal inspiral data #8

Identify and collect all relevant information about the systems to be used in the Q* from tidal inspiral analysis. The properties of the data should be described in version controlled markdown files, including statistical information about the population of systems included (e.g. total number of systems, orbital period distribution, planet/star mass distribution, etc.).
